Questions people ask
What does it feel like?
Like a blood pressure cuff for your whole lower leg: a firm squeeze that starts at the foot and moves up the calf, holds, lets go, and repeats. Most people run 15 to 20 minutes with their feet up.
How long does it take to put on?
Sit down, slide each foot in and close the boot up the calf. They run both legs at once.
Will they fit my calves?
One size that adjusts to the leg. We are measuring our own pair and will post the exact calf range on the Fit page. Unsure? Ask us before you order.
Is it loud?
You will hear a soft pump while the chambers fill. We will post a sound clip from our own pair so you can judge for yourself.
Do they plug in?
No. They are a rechargeable pair, so there is no cord across the couch. Charge them with the included cable, then use them. Please do not use them while they charge.
How long does a charge last?
We are timing our own pair and will post the real number on the Fit page. Until then, charge them between sessions with the included cable.
Is it a medical device?
No. Evenlegs Boots are a comfort tool for heavy, tired legs after long days on your feet. They do not treat or cure anything.
Who should not use them?
If you have a blood clot, a wound or a fracture on your legs, or a heart or circulation condition, ask your doctor before using any compression. If you are pregnant, ask too. Start on the lowest setting. If it hurts, stop.
Are the socks really free?
Yes. One pack of two pairs of knee high compression socks goes into every order at no cost. Pick your size in the cart. The socks are for the shift; the boots are for after.
How long does delivery take?
We pack your order in 1 to 3 business days, then it travels by tracked post. Most orders arrive 7 to 12 days after you order. You get the tracking link by email the moment it ships. See Shipping.
What if they do not help?
You have 30 days from delivery. Send us a message, pack them back in their box, and we refund the boots once they reach us. Full terms on Returns and Promise.
What if the unit or the cord dies?
12 months. Send us a short video of the fault and we send a replacement. You keep the socks.
