Where we ship

Cost

Shipping is free on every order, with tracking.

Processing

Your order is packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery

Orders travel by tracked post from our fulfillment partner's warehouse and take 4 to 9 days in transit. Most orders arrive 7 to 12 days after you order. Busy periods such as the holidays can add a few days.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. The Track My Order page explains what the tracking shows along the way.

Packaging

Every order ships in plain packaging. Like any international parcel, the shipping label lists the contents for customs.

Late or lost orders

If your order has not arrived 21 days after you ordered, contact us and we send a replacement or refund you.

Package protection

Optional, $2.99, a tick box in the cart. On top of the free promises above, it covers a parcel marked delivered that never reached you, or one stuck in transit: we reship at once, without the 21 day wait.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us before your order ships and we update it.
