Your tracking link is in your shipping email. We send it as soon as your order ships.

After you order

  1. We pack it in 1 to 3 business days.
  2. You get an email with your tracking link.
  3. It arrives in a plain parcel. Most orders arrive 7 to 12 days after you order.

Can't find the email?

  • Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Evenlegs.
  • Sign in with your email to see your order and its tracking. No password needed: we email you a code.
  • Have a tracking number? Paste it into 17TRACK to follow your parcel.

Still waiting?

If your order hasn't arrived 21 days after you ordered, we send a replacement or refund you. Send us a message with your order number. A real person replies, Monday to Friday.
