Refund policy

30 days to decide

Use Evenlegs Boots for up to 30 days from delivery. If they do not help, contact us with your order number. Pack the boots, the controller and the cable back in their box and send them to the address we give you. We refund what you paid for the boots to your original payment method as soon as they reach us. Return shipping is on you unless the boots are faulty; a prepaid label is on us then.

12 months on the unit and the cord

If the pump, the controls or the charging cord stop working within 12 months of delivery, send us a short video of the fault and we send a replacement. Nothing to post back unless we ask.

The free socks

The compression socks are a gift. Keep them whatever you decide about the boots.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we replace it free.

Cancelling an order

Contact us before your order ships and we cancel it and refund you in full.

When you get your money

We issue your refund as soon as we approve it. Your bank or card provider may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
